VITALI ARCHITETTURA: THE IMPORTANCE OF THE CARTER IN PROCESS MACHINES

The graphic representation of a brand has the purpose of immediately identifying the manufacturer of an industrial machine to highlight its technology and innovation in the production process and at the same time to give an image of excellence and reliability both in terms of technology and work safety carried out by the user. Identification must be synonymous with constructive quality, simplicity of use and constructive design, this because it gathers an important know-out where the engineering is identified and the innovative progress of the machine is represented, otherwise there is the risk of debasing a series of synergies utilized in order to achieve the set goals.

The design of an identification carter must, in addition to collecting the technological whole, be a set of simple design, but at the same time representative for the company that inserts it into the system and give a pleasant and attractive line.

The characters inserted in the casing are an architectural communication that must be illustrated clearly, quickly and divided into circumscribed rectangles.

The human being perceives the rectangles and places them in his brain as distinct segments: if the communication is confused and not circumscribed, it might be perceived as confused communication even by our unconscious.

In particular, the confused, multipurpose, disordered must always be proposed in an orderly way so that it can be transmitted to others.

The strength of the graphic communication inside a carter is the coat of a machine, for this reason it must be correctly assembled, sized and well calculated.

It cannot be designed randomly because the result of the casing on the machine would be compromised.

Graphic communication must have a consistent space; the company must be recognized for its positioning on the market and for its products and its different types.

The machine must be pleasing at a glance and must be sinuous and beautiful because a beautiful machine makes remember us about it and with the same technology it infuses a remarkable accuracy in all its details.

The choice of graphics, materials of use and its location has multiple functions so the chassis must be balanced, light and characterful in its representation as a nice elegant dress, but comfortable and functional.

In order to achieve these goals, the Product Manager must be in tune with his Design and, if necessary, study technological compromise solutions in order to be able to best dress the technology in a fluid and refined way, aligned and well positioned in order to give that value additional required.

CHOICE OF CARTER MATERIALS

The construction materials of the crankcase as well as being very important as they reflect the technological innovation of the product, must also be made of safe materials, cut well to prevent maintenance workers from being injured during maintenance and work operations and must be easily cleaned and in the transparent cases, or blackouts depending on the positioning along the path of the machine on which they will be installed.

Another important detail is the ease of removal of the crankcase which must keep its visual function intact and not be damaged in the event of a shift during the maintenance operation. The crankcases many times during the removal phase when they are not well designed can be worn out and lose the paint, or they can be ruined in the corners, losing its function of image and design.

In a good design, we must use a special space in a calm area where we can store and lock the casing at the base of the machine, in order to safely remove it without placing it on the ground where very often during the agitated maintenance phases it is trodden on, destroyed, or thrown on the ground without any kind of protection.

The character used as the chosen colors are a business continuity and the crankcase design identifies a production line that differs in the type of machine produced and its function. This differentiation is synonymous with an identifying image by the end customer who places and imprints the machine in its constructive functions and in the work it does in a differentiated industrial setting, a generalization of a carter placed in a machine that is the same for all the different productions does not fully perform its design functions. For each line, the casing must differentiate and enhance the machine otherwise its generalization cannot give an identification of the product in its different construction characteristics.

CONTINUITY LINES OF THE CRANKCASE AND ITS DESIGN

In designing the crankcase, the design studied in addition to the identification function has the task of rationalizing a stylized design of the machine, which can be represented in a simple and elementary design used in graphic brochures and brochures.

Manufacturing machines can be within everyone’s reach, but making a better product must be represented by a set of elements that can express the product to its customers.

Let’s remember that the aesthetics of a machine and its constructive simplicity can exalt the qualities and the good functionalities and this is very appreciated by clients that want good looking and perfect machines in their industries.
